ORDERING AND PRODUCTS
Jackson Vaughn candles are hand poured and packaged in TX, USA.
Our candle formulas are crafted with care to ensure the best experience for our customers. We offer two wax blends: one is a blend of soy wax and a small amount of paraffin wax to enhance the fragrance throw, and the other is a luxurious soy and coconut wax blend. Both use a combination of natural and perfume-grade synthetic oils, paired with 100% natural cotton wicks for a clean and consistent burn. All of our candles are free of Phthalates and Parabens, reflecting our commitment to quality and safety. You can find the wax formula for each candle listed on its product page.
When you burn, allow the candle wax to melt to the edges of the glass every time to prevent tunneling. This is especially important during your first burn!

Yes, in your shopping cart, select “Add A Gift Message”. Then add recipient, sender, and gift message.
SHIPPING AND RETURNS
All of our orders are handpicked and packaged, so we'll let you know as soon as your order ships, which is normally within 1-2 business days. Once your package is picked up by our carrier, transit times typically range between 1-5 business days, depending on delivery destination. You will receive a confirmation email when your label is created.
Unfortunately, we do not ship internationally at this time.
Yes, at checkout you can select an expedited shipping option from the dropdown menu.
The tracking status may take 48 hours to update once the order has been processed and the shipping label created. If you haven't received an update after 48 hours, please reach out to our Support team at orders@jacksonvaughn.com and we'll be happy to look into it.
All returns must be processed within 30 days of receiving the order. If you are not 100% satisfied with your Jackson Vaughn order, please contact our Support team at orders@jacksonvaughn.com with your order number (found on your order confirmation email) and we’ll help to initiate the return.
