Shipping & Returns

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP? All of our orders are handpicked and packaged, so we'll let you know as soon as your order ships, which is normally within 1-2 business days. Once your package is picked up by our carrier, transit times typically range between 1-5 business days, depending on delivery destination. You will receive a confirmation email when your label is created. 

WHAT IF MY TRACKING DOESN'T SHOW ANY UPDATES? Don't worry! The tracking status may take up to 48 hours to update once the order has been processed and the shipping label created. If you haven't received an update after 48 hours, please reach out to our dedicated Support Team at orders@jacksonvaughn.com and we'll be happy to help look into it. 

DO YOU OFFER INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING? Unfortunately we do not ship internationally at this time. 

RETURN POLICY All returns must be processed within 30 days of receiving the order. If you are not 100% satisfied with your Jackson Vaughn order, please email our Support Team at orders@jacksonvaughn.com with your order number (found on your order confirmation email) and we'll help to initiate a return or exchange.
